Euroregion Cieszyn Silesia Day – the first initiative of its kind on Poland's borders

Euroregion Cieszyn Silesia Day is a celebration highlighting the importance of cross-border cooperation and the shared development of the Polish–Czech borderland. It is the first initiative of its kind on Poland's borders, established to promote the idea of Euroregional cooperation and to showcase the achievements of the partners who jointly create the Euroregion Cieszyn Silesia.

The celebration is an opportunity to demonstrate that borders can connect rather than divide. It also serves as a tribute to local governments, institutions, organisations and residents for their contribution to joint projects, tourism, culture, education and the development of lasting partnerships between Poland and the Czech Republic.

Euroregion Cieszyn Silesia Day aims to strengthen cooperation, mutual trust and public awareness that cross-border partnership is one of the key foundations of sustainable regional development.
